General Terms
All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Prices are final as of time of an order and good within two days from the time of a Purchase Order. All products are shipped USPS Priority Mail and become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. In case of shipping damage, customer should contact us immediately, so we can promptly file a damage claim with the carrier and expedite a replacement. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to DC Distribuition within 12 hours. By purchasing from one of our web sites you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all terms and conditions. All brands and product names mentioned are trademarks and/or registered trademarks of their respective holders.


Items Damaged During Transit
If you recieve a Damaged item, you must contact us within 12 Hours, by calling 574-315-6014, or email us at RMA@dcdist.com. Customer assumes all responsibility for the damaged item before it is picked up by the corresponding carrier agents.


Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased from DC Distribution, you may return it within four hours on the delivery date for an exchange or a refund if qualified (eligibility conditions listed below). All expedited shipping, handling and insurance charges are additional and non-refundable. Normally, all returns for non-defective reasons (e.g. customer changed mind) are subject to a 30% restocking fee, minimum $10. This fee does not apply to defective product returned within the DC Distribution dealer warranty period. For all returns shipping must be prepaid, insured and bearing a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number on the shipping label and/or container. Any shipping charges incurred when returning product to DC Distribution are the responsibility of the customer. Contact us for an RMA number, which will be required to ensure proper crediting of your account. We cannot accept returns without an RMA number. Returned products must be undamaged, clean, and in otherwise new condition with all original materials i.e. original packaging, manuals and accessories, and must be accompanied by the original invoice.

Warranty Limitations
Each item's warranty terms, including manufacturer warranty and DC Distribution Labor warranty, are clearly stated on each item's page on our website. Some items carry manufacturer warranty only. DC Distribution will warrant these items against defects for 2 days from the delivery date (non-DOA warranty), after which time repair/replacement must go through the manufacturer. All software is NON REFUNDABLE. If the installation CD / DVD media is defective or damaged, D.C. Distribution will replace the broken media with working media (e.g. a burned copy). If there is a problem with the installation code / COA number, the customer must contact the manufacturer directly for support. Motherboards, CPUs, and Memory do not qualify for refunds. Such items can be exchanged for the same model only. Complete Computer Systems and Upgrades are custom built, and are not eligible for refunds. Any defective parts from Computer Systems or Upgrades under warranty are eligible for replacement only.


Replacement Of Warranty Items
All replacement products are covered by warranty starting at the date they are delivered to you by the parts manufacturers. If for various reasons the replacement procedure extends beyond the warranty period of the computer part(s), we at our discretion will extend the labor coverage on such replacement(s) up to additional 60 days. Please be advised that this warranty is final and any additional extensions are non-negotiable.


LCD Dead Pixel Policy
On an LCD monitor, pixels can become stuck in the off position, causing pinpoint holes in the displayed image. Most manufacturers and product vendors require at least fifteen of these "dead" pixels before they consider the monitor defective. This applies to the manufacturer's warranty period.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover: (a) installation or service of product; (b) conditions resulting from consumer damage such as improper maintenance or misuse, abuse, accident or alteration; (c) all plastic surfaces and all other exposed parts that are scratched or damaged due to normal use; (d) the operations of our products with equipment not supplied by DC Distribution; (e) products which have had the serial number removed or made illegible; (f) products rented to others; (g) products witch are outside of manufacturer covrage.


Limits and Exclusions
There are no express warranties except as listed above. DC Distribution shall not be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, including, without limitation, direct or indirect damages for personal injury, loss of goodwill, profits or revenue, loss of use this product or any associated equipment, cost of substitute equipment, downtime cost, loss of data, programs or business information, or any other losses, or claims of any party dealing with buyers from such damages, resulting from the use of or inability to use this product or arising from breach of warranty or contract, negligence, or any other legal theory. All express and implied warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the applicable warranty period set forth above.

We Offer Our Warranty On Service Only. We Will Process** Any Part That Fails Under Manufacturers Warranty That Will Be Replaced At No Cost By The Manufacturer Of The Part. We Do Not Offer Tech Support With Microsoft Windows, All O.S.'s Are Retail Versions And Come With Free Retail Tech Support From Microsoft @ 1-866-234-6020, We Offer Only To Install Windows For You As A Service, Not As An OEM, Thus Getting You The Best Microsoft Windows Tech Support Service Straight From Microsoft.
